Florida Arts Festivals in June
Art and craft festivals in Florida rank among the most popular festivals to attend. And May in Florida is the last time to attend an art festival before summer’s intense heat and afternoon rains. Art and craft festivals help to support local, regional, and emerging artists. Many of Florida’s art festivals are also recognized among the best in the country and are juried art shows.
1. 30th Annual St. Pete Beach Corey Area Craft Festival
Held May 31 – June 1 in St. Pete Beach. Mark your calendar immerse yourself in a weekend of art, culture, and community at the St. Pete Beach Corey Area Craft Festival. This free event nestled on the Gulf of Mexico’s western edge offers a picturesque setting for this celebration of creativity and craftsmanship.
Over 100 talented craft artisans will showcase their contemporary crafts. You’ll find an array of items, including jewelry, pottery, ceramics, photography, paintings, and clothing. The festival also features a Green Market where you can explore plants, orchids, exotic flora, handmade soaps, gourmet spices, and freshly popped kettle corn.
2. 32nd Annual Downtown Venice Craft Festival
Held June 14-15 in Venice. At the 31st Annual Downtown Venice Craft Festival, crafters from around the nation gather along the vibrant Miami Avenue, which happens to be one of Venice’s bustling downtown streets. Patrons can explore a variety of booths featuring beautiful stained glass, captivating photography, and personalized products for both kids and furry friends. They can also stroll through the Green Market to discover plants, handmade soaps, BBQ sauces, and live orchids.

3. 26th Annual Philippine Summer Festival
Held June 7 in West Palm Beach. This popular annual festival is hosted by the Philippine American Society of West Palm Beach and is held at the South Florida Fairgrounds where there’s plenty of parking and space for the festivities. The festival features a Santacruzan Parade as well as entertainment, authentic cuisine, and mass.
4. Juneteenth Celebration
Held June 14 in Dunedin. Join the City of Dunedin in celebrating Juneteenth to come together to celebrate and honor this holiday as a day of recognition, restoration, and celebration. Enjoy live music and performances in the park, along with a variety of craft vendors, food vendors, and more! This event is free to attend and is presented by Dunedin Parks & Recreation.
5. 5th Annual Tampa Bay Juneteenth Festival
Held June 21 in Tampa. Roc the Block presents the 5th Annual Juneteenth Festival in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium. This family-friendly Cultural Extravaganza features live DJ’s, a slingshot car show, artistic dance performances, musical guests, a KidsZone, and so much more. Vendors include community resources, retail, and food.
Florida Food Festivals in June
Florida is a foodie haven, and its annual food festivals are not to be missed! Each June, the state plays host to a range of incredible food events for all tastes. In this category for June, we’ve included the last of the fruit festivals, too. Enjoy tropical fruits in Key West, watermelons in Chiefland, and the last of the blueberries in Wellborn.
6. 2nd Annual Beer, BBQ & Crab Festival
Held June 7 in St. Petersburg. Get ready for an evening of delicious food, ice-cold drinks, food trucks, and line dancing! This event has free entry and parking! Plus, its family friendly and pet friendly. Held in the Trop’s Lot 1.
7. 31st Annual Wellborn Blueberry Festival
Held June 7 in Wellborn. The last of the Florida blueberries makes an appearance at this north Florida festival. The day starts with a blueberry pancake breakfast. After, attendees can enjoy more than 100 vendors, live local entertainment, a car show, a petting zoo, and children’s games. When it’s time to head home, stop by The Country Store to stock up on blueberry wares, such as pies, jams, and syrups.
8. 71st Annual Chiefland Watermelon Festival
Held June 7 in Chiefland. Watermelons are a top crop in north central Florida, and to celebrate the juicy fruit’s impact on the community, the Chiefland Woman’s Club hosts this annual festival. Thousands attend the Chiefland Watermelon Festival every year to watch the parade, meet the Watermelon Queen, buy fresh watermelons, sample watermelon dishes, and play games.
9. Clermont Caribbean Jerk Festival
Held June 7 in Clermont. Head over to Clermont Waterfront Park for a day filled with family fun. With all of the entertainment and food, it’ll be almost as good as taking a trip to the Caribbean. Caribbean-cooking chefs from around the state and region will duel for the title of Jerk Cook-Off Champion. There will also be live music, a kids zone, an island parade, and a variety of food vendors.
10. Brooksville Watermelon Festival
Held June 7 in Brooksville. This free family and pet friendly festival in June will be held in historic downtown Brooksville. Come enjoy Batten Family Farms watermelons, food vendors, local resources, and craft vendors. It promises to be a delicious weekend!
11. Truman’s Tropical Fruit Festival
Held June 14 in Key West. This unique festival in Key West promises a day a day filled with a variety of fresh fruit, tropical fruit trees, and delicious food. You’ll have the chance to taste all types of mangoes and other tropical fruits, sip tasty cocktails, watch cooking demos. Plus, take home a tropical fruit tree or two.
Music Festivals in Florida
Music festivals offer the perfect opportunity to get together with friends and family, enjoy live music from your favorite bands, and have a day of fun. Whether you’re looking for an intimate gathering or a large event, music festivals are sure to be full of energy and excitement. 12. Gulf Coast Jam Festival
Held May 29-June 1 in Panama City Beach. Get ready for four days of #countryonthecoast at the annual Gulf Coast Jam. This popular music festival in Florida’s panhandle features some of the top country music artists. In 2024, those include Morgan Wallen, Cody Johnson, and Jelly Roll. Gulf Coast Jam is also partnering with Jim Beam to present Welcome Sessions at Ms. Newby’s when finalists will perform for a spot to open on the Main Stage at the Festival.
13. Girls in Wonderland
Held June 5-9 in Winter Garden. Though GIW calls itself the “premier queer music festival in the country”, it’s not just a music festival so deserves a spot here with the pride festivals. Five days are filled with events that include daily happy hour events, an opening party, a pool parties, a comedy show, dance parties, and after-hours parties. Events will be held at a few different locations around Winter Garden, including the host hotel Springhill Suites, New York Beer Project Orlando, and Mango’s Tropical Cafe.
14. Fishermen’s Village Blues Fest
Held June 14 in Punta Gorda. This 2nd annual festival features prominent regional and national performers bringing the best of blues music to Punta Gorda. Free parking and admission makes this an event that promises to be well-attended and lots of fun.
Pride Festivals in June
Every year, Pride festivals celebrate and honor the contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community. These events feature parades, rallies, and other activities that draw attention to the issues and struggles faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. They also provide an opportunity to foster acceptance and understanding among people of different orientations and gender identities. Pride festivals provide an opportunity for us all to come together and show our support for the community.
15. Fernandina Beach Pride Parade & Festival
Held June 7 in Fernandina Beach. The 4th Annual Parade and Festival is held in Central Park on Atlantic Avenue in Fernandina Beach. Gather with friends and family to celebrate while taking in performances and the parade and supporting local vendors and food trucks who support the LGBTQ community.
16. Gulfport Pride Festival
Held June 7 in Gulfport. At the Gulfport Pride Festival, more than 130 local vendors and businesses line Shore and Beach Boulevards to support the LGBTQIA+ community. Two stages will host local bands throughout the event. The annual Gulfport Pride Parade takes center stage though and features Gulfport’s Gecko Marching Band. The festival will also host the ArtOut “Emergence” Art Show.
17. Naples PrideFest 2025
Held June 7 in Naples. Held at Cambier Park, this event is a day filled with events that draw thousands of people together to celebrate the unity and diversity of the LGBT community. Expect performances, vendors, and food trucks. Tickets cost $10 for anyone 13+ and proceeds support Naples Pride in its ongoing efforts and provide much needed funding to continue the lifesaving services at the Naples Pride Center.
18. Delray Beach Pride Fest
Held June 14 in Delray Beach. The fourth annual Delray Beach Pride Fest and Concert is a free event in the historic Pineapple Grove district. A Pridescape painting of the inclusive flag at the intersection of NE 2nd Avenue and NE 1st Street in 2021 and places this spot center stage for the celebration. Live entertainment and vendors kick off the festivities at 4 PM. Live music starts at 7:30 PM and goes on all evening at Old School Square.
19. Shades of Pride Festival
Held June 14-15 in St. Petersburg. When you combine a Juneteenth celebration with an LGBTQ celebration with an art and music festival, you get Shades of Pride, part of the month-long St. Pete Pride celebrations. Shades of Pride takes place at The Factory and includes live music, a poetry slam, and panel discussions.
20. Wilton Manors Stonewall Pride Parade & Street Festival
Held June 14 in Wilton Manors. Head to the city of Wilton Manors in South Florida (near Fort Lauderdale) for the Stonewall Pride Parade and Street Festival. Originally slated as a two-day festival, it turned to a single day festival in 2021 after COVID-19. Attracting 35,000+ spectators, the parade starts at 7 PM. Music and vendors throughout the festival will run all afternoon from 3 PM and into the night, ending at 11 PM.
21. Key West Pride’s “We Are Family” Street Fair
Held June 22-29 in Key West. One of the many events during Key West Pride’s week-long celebration, the Street Fair happens along Duval Street and includes a wide range of performances and vendors. There’s even a Boogie Down Cafe where attendees can prepurchase a meal ticket and receive a great meal and a place to enjoy it in a cool tent. Though the Street Fair is free, a portion of the proceeds from the meal tickets will benefit GAY Key West.
22. St. Pete Pride Parade Festival
Held June 28 in St. Petersburg. In it’s 23rd year in 2025, the St. Pete Pride Parade is kicked off by the 6th Annual Trans March. The festival is free and open to the public. It features Saucy Santana on the main stage, local vendors and food trucks, beverage gardens, and a family area. The parade starts at 6pm at Albert Whitted Park and ends at Vinoy Park.
Other June Festivals in Florida
Florida being Florida, there are many other festivals happening in June which don’t easily fall into any of the previous categories. When looking for a unique event in Florida, try one of these. From a celebration of water lilies to a celebration of anime, these festivals provide unforgettable experiences.
23. The Hukilau
Held June 5-8 in Pompano Beach. A festival like no other, the Hukilau is a celebration of tiki bars and tiki cocktails around the world. Festivities include lectures by renowned bartenders, authors, performers, and photographers; special cocktail sessions; the best in live tiki music; and much more. If you love tiki bars, tiki drinks, and tiki music, this is one festival you won’t want to miss.
24. American Black Film Festival
Held June 11-15 in Miami Beach. In its 28th year, this film festival strives to empower Black artists and voices by spotlighting a diverse array of entertainment content created by and for individuals of African descent. The festival brings together those who love Black culture with industry executives and content creators from across the globe for five days filled with screenings, discussion panels, industry parties, and invaluable networking opportunities.
25. Waterlily Celebration
Held June 14 in Vero Beach. Celebrate the beautiful water lily at McKee Gardens where visitors can see one of the largest water lily collections in Florida. Spend a day enjoying the beauty of the gardens while taking part in activities that celebrate the water lily and everything it represents.
26. Anime Festival Orlando 2025
Held June 20-22 in Orlando. Calling all anime fans, artists, and gamers! The Anime Festival in Orlando features lectures, panel discussion, role plays, and vendors. Watch the action or take part in it during the Live Action Convention Experience, Tales of Orlandia. Special guests in 2024 include AKrCos, Johnny Yong Bosch, Oriana Perón, and Tiana Camacho.
